Returns & Refund Policy

At Luxe Finds, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Since we specialise in pre-loved luxury goods, we provide clear and fair return guidelines.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery if:

✔ The item is in the same condition as received
✔ All tags, authentication documents, and packaging are included
✔ The item has not been used, worn, or altered

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns for:

❌ Items that show signs of wear after delivery
❌ Items damaged by the customer
❌ Items purchased during final sale promotions (where stated)
❌ Customised, repaired, or altered items

3. How to Start a Return

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if item arrived damaged or incorrect)

We will provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured courier, as we cannot be responsible for lost return parcels.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

  • You will be notified via email once completed

We are not responsible for

  • Shipping fees on returns

  • Customs/handling fees (if applicable) on returns

  • Any reduction in value due to wear or damage

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • We will prioritise your case and offer a replacement (if available) or full refund

7. Exchanges

Due to the unique nature of pre-loved items, exchanges are generally not available.
Customers may place a new order after receiving their refund.

8. Authenticity Claims

If you believe an item is not authentic:

  • Contact us immediately

  • Provide written documentation from a recognised authentication service
    We will fully investigate and issue a refund if authenticity is not verified.
